1. License Grant

Shaffans Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Applications solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control, and strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

 

2. General

These Terms of Use govern the legal relationship between Shaffans Studios (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (hereinafter referred to as “user” or “you”) when you use the App. The App is available for download from app stores such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms (each an “App Store”). The terms of use of the respective App Store also apply to your use of the App. In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the App Store’s terms, the App Store’s terms shall prevail regarding the use of the App Store.

 

3. Eligibility

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
• You are authorized to make payments for subscriptions or features offered in the App.
• You are not located in a country under a government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and you are not on any government prohibited or restricted party list.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from using the App.
• You have a valid account with the App Store from which you downloaded the App.

You agree not to:

• Copy, rent, lend, sell, trade, or otherwise exploit the App or its content.
• Use the App for illegal activities or to distribute harmful, obscene, violent, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive content.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights, including those of Shaffans Studios or third parties.

 

4. Privacy Policy

5. User Obligations

By using the Applications, you agree that you will not:

1. Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
2. Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps or their content;
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
4. Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
5. Interfere with the functionality or performance of the Apps or any related systems;

 

6. In-App Purchases

Some features or content in our Applications may be available through in-app purchases. These purchases are processed through the app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), and all transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of that platform.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or otherwise determined by the platform provider.

 

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Applications, including but not limited to graphics, trademarks, software, content, and all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Shaffans Studios or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Applications.

 

8. Third-Party Services

Our Applications may include links or access to third-party services or content. Shaffans Studios is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

 

9. Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either you or Shaffans Studios. You may terminate it by deleting the Apps and all copies from your device.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Applications at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or for any other reason.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease.

11. Entire Agreement
