Welcome to Textify: Smart Reply Assistant (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), developed by Shaffans. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.

1. General

These Terms of Use govern the legal relationship between Shaffans (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (hereinafter referred to as “user” or “you”) when you use the App. The App is available for download from app stores such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms (each an “App Store”). The terms of use of the respective App Store also apply to your use of the App. In case of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the App Store’s terms, the App Store’s terms shall prevail regarding the use of the App Store.

2. Eligibility

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
  • You are authorized to make payments for subscriptions or features offered in the App.

  • You have a valid account with the App Store from which you downloaded the App.

You agree not to:

  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
